We were devided to 5 groups of 6 people on Monday but we started with group work on Wednesday afternoon. First I felt so comfused because I didn´t know what everybody wants from me. But on Friday, I understood to it. We begun to compare information about our education system, learning theories, medical modules etc. It was interesting how everything is diferent in each country and that everything depends on finance and political system of country. Everywhere is different admission requirements, length of study, number of hours of theory, number of hours of practice, evaluation during the course, number of credits, the way of graduation, and so on. For example only maltese students get a diploma after their studies. Mentoring system does not work in CR, we have only practical teacher who goes to hospital and also teaches at the school. It is hard for them, because it is very demanding and it is hard for students too, because practical teacher leave our department at 10:15 and than we work without teacher.
